By using www.b2bitz.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms cover the website itself; your use of the $ixty Thou$and plug-in is separately governed by the End-User License Agreement.

1. The Site

The Site is operated by B2BITZ ("we", "us"), based in Poland. It's provided to let you learn about, download, and purchase a license for $ixty Thou$and.

2. Purchases

Prices are shown on the Purchase page in the currency stated there. Payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms; we never handle your card or bank details directly. Once payment is confirmed, your license code is generated and emailed to the address you provided - check it for typos, since it's what the code is sent to and what you'll enter into the plug-in.

3. Refunds

Because a license code is delivered instantly and can unlock the software immediately, purchases are generally final. If something's gone wrong with your order (double charge, a code that won't verify, or similar), contact us and we'll sort it out.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or to circumvent the licensing/payment process described above.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and the $ixty Thou$and name and branding are the property of B2BITZ unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. The Software itself is licensed, not sold - see the EULA for those terms.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (for example, PayPal) that have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

7. No warranty on the Site

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B2BITZ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
